What exercises should I do?

I'm 5'7 and weighs about 150 pounds. I want to gain some muscle tone and lose fat. I to about 125-130 including muscle. I hate exercise and love to eat fatty foods. It has not always been so. I gained almost 15 pounds in four months due to stress and lack of motivation, but we want it all! My apt. complex has a small gym with minimal equipment, two treadmills, an elliptical, a couple of weight machine, leg, and one to pull the bar down to your chest when you are in a position Seat ... working backwards. I do not like exercise and easily bored, do not own an iPod, but does not help. What should the extent that the exercise rational and time of a day ... How many days a week.
