Can we really use the Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server in Windows?

I have a desktop computer with Windows XP, and any laptop with Windows Vista on it. I saw all these ads for "macbook" and the iMac "and all that, but for me, it costs wayy to much money. I looked around in the Apple site and found the Mac OS X Snow Leopard Server. I've always just wanted everything on a Mac was not so much how thin. What I know is that I can use in my windows? As just put on the disc .. the download, then I will have everything a Mac, but only in a Sony laptop? (Windows). Furthermore, it is only 29.00! : D Yes please and thank you for answers.
