I have a problem with my iPod which I think must be repaired. I need contact Apple for pricing and all that, but I will not call because I had a difficult time for the last time I phoned, I prefer email e in place. Is there an address I can use?

= Laptop, new problems with iTunes and sync to iPod?
I bought a new computer and meet with some problems with my ipod / itunes. In iTunes, all songs that have not been downloaded from the iTunes Store have an exclamation point next to them and I get a message saying that the song could not be used because the original file could not be found. I can copy my music from my pc through the old flash player and iTunes preferences are set correctly in the search of the site where they are registered. How I can get iTunes to look for the same file without having to manually? In addition, I can not get my iPod to sync my new computer with iTunes - I authorize my new computer. This shows my iPod in iTunes, but not synchronize my new music and playlists. How I can solve this problem too?
