Today I had: 1 cup (160 calories) of cereals. 1 apple 1 cup frozen peas and 5 of these offers cakes .. (I am not sure what they are, to my neighbor who has the most .. its almost like a cheesecake or something .. no creamy cheese, cottage cheese, no, I'm not sure. but they are like 2.5 or 3 inches square, and like almost an inch thick. Vegetables that have a green kind too .. well idk about calories) Has anyone had these things before? Do you think I ate too much / too many calories to lose weight for today? Thanks! Oh, and I used to eat a balanced diet, more fruits, vegetables and protein, but we needed food today: (oh, I did not expect to eat. i food throughout the day .. it is just a list. pastries and werent exactly, because the cakes are like junk food ... it was a sort of hors d'oeuvres, how? idk ..
