How I can get contacts in my iPod and I have video if Outlook contacts? What should I do?

I already have contacts that I in my Microsoft Outlook, but now I want on my ipod that I can not see when I'm away from home

in iTunes, go to Edit - Preferences - iPod, and then choose Contacts tab. "You will be asked where you want to contact - Outlook Express or Outlook regularly. Outlook must be open and running before attempting this, iTunes or they tell you not to do anything. You can also synchronize your calendar that way, too ... Just select the tab calanedar. I must say I use PC and a full copy of Outlook 2003 and iTunes syncs my calendar without having to ... always gives me an error. I can use another program called POD Plus, sync my appointment.
