IPod Nano open.When usual I restart the iPod, it opens but when I turn it off will not open normally.

My iPod nano, first generation not open normally. When you reboot (holding down the click wheel and a menu), it opens but when I turn it off, does not open normally do not press. I have to repeat the process (click while holding down the wheel and the menu) every time I open my iPod. The dock bar is not active. It is fully loaded. I have the last iTunes software. And still has not be opened. HELP!

In iTunes, there is an option to restore the iPod completely. It removes all files and restore all settings. Then, you have to load all the files again once it is made.
