How do I get the iPod off the Apple logo?

My iPod is the Apple logo that only goes back to the logo, even when plugged in to the computer. He's not going anywhere, except when I press the select button and the previous same time. It will start SRV Diag. What should I do for my ipod to normal? I have a 80 GB iPod video.
