Why not "iPod cleaner work?

I downloaded the software, but when I tried to use it, not working. How is supposed to be used? I have to delete dead tracks and all the other things you can do. Others do this? Thanks pour votre aide.

You do not need to buy the iPod cleaner. Just go to iTunes and delete the songs you have! to the right of the song. All you need do is to right click and delete.
