high fiber content in fruits?
Hello! I have increased the amount of fiber in my diet a bit in recent months and has lost about 15 pounds. My husband is trying to get too because of the many health benefits, not weight loss. It becomes really caught up in the food we eat that have more fiber. I found several conflicting reports about some fruit and vegetables and I wonder if I can come to some resolution. every day, eat a cup or more of each fresh fruit: mango, papaya, banana, strawberry, orange, apple, salad, cabbage, Brussels, edamame (soybeans), and tomato. Sometimes we have figs, pineapples, plums, peaches and also (if we do others.) We certainly eat other grains and beans also, but those who usually have nutritional information written right into the back of the box - We are looking for the "unwritten fiber" fruit and vegetables.
