How I can fix my iPod touch when the Apple logo displayed for eight seconds later, until you press the power button?

Hey, when I click the power button, the Apple logo displayed for 8 seconds, four seconds illumination. Suggestions? When connecting the PC, everything that happens is the same as pressing the power button. Thanks:) Hello, The problem is that iTunes is generally accepted that there, in fact, neither does my own computer. So how I can recover?
