Finding the Right Ipod Online

When looking for just the right Ipod, there are many factors involved like:

• Size
• Capacity
• Ability
• Look
• Overall Value

In this article, we’ll discuss each one section, so that anyone looking to find ipods online can make the right decision.

Size

When we mention “size” we are speaking about the physical aspect of it. There are many sizes between the shuffle (smallest) and the iTouch (largest).

Here are some things to take into consideration:

Are you constantly taking it with you when you walk or jog? Then one of the smaller versions are probably better. But if you have a carrier, backpack/fanny pack or use it while driving, then the bigger size may be alright.

Also, will you need to put it in your pocket often? Again, the bigger size may be an issue here.

Capacity

Here we’re talking about storage. This is big issue for most iPod users:

Are you a hardcore music lover, or do you simply need something to help get you through the day. This also goes with videos, as they take up a lot more room. Even the same types of iPod can have various harddrive sizes (eg. the iTouch varies between 8gb, 32gb, and 64gb).

If capacity is a core issue, then the iPod classic wins with 160 gigs – more than the ipod Touch simply because of the formatting.

Ability

Now of course the key factor here is whether or not your “pod” plays video or not. If so then classic can still perform, while the iTouch has crystal clear display.

Not to mention that Nano’s now have cameras,so added plus for them.

Finally, a last mention, the shuffle simply shuffles songs – so don’t expect to have them in order. Anyone that doesn’t know that, should now (I hope).

Look

Really, this depends on personal preference. if you could care less, then Classic is the clear winner (or Nano if you require less).

But if style is your thing, and your dress to impress, then you can’t beat the Ipod Touch…

In fact, the only thing that can is… well, the iPhone.

Overall Value

All in all we can’t decide for you. Our fave is the iPod Classic.

We enjoy an occasional movie, but in my opinion, the touch is just to much of a hassle to bother.
